By accessing and using VITE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VITE provides an AI-powered design generation platform that allows users to create, customize, and purchase print-on-demand products featuring AI-generated artwork.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

Designs generated by VITE's AI are subject to our AI Design Licensing terms. Pro subscribers receive commercial rights to use designs on products for sale. Free and Starter users may use designs for personal purposes only.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VITE to generate content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase for technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

VITE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
